Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@vitallabsphlebotomy.com or call at 702-613-3959 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

 First, book an appointment for your preferred date and time. A certified phlebotomist will come to your home to collect your specimen (please allow a 2-hour arrival window). After your visit, your specimen is safely transported to one of our partner laboratories for processing. If applicable, the laboratory will bill your insurance directly and notify you when results are ready. Results can be viewed through the laboratory’s patient portal.


Please note that Vital Labs is not a laboratory and does not control testing or result turnaround times.


 Vital Labs does not bill insurance for at-home concierge blood draw services. Our mobile services are private-pay due to the convenience and personalized care provided.

  • Customizable laboratory panels ordered through our partnered physicians and laboratories 
  • Specimen processing, handling, transportation, and shipping
  • Laboratory testing performed by our trusted partner labs
  • Secure delivery of results and, when applicable, clinical guidance and support from our partner physicians
  • STAT or same-day appointment availability, when requested


 If you have active health insurance and a laboratory order provided by your physician, you will be charged only for our at-home concierge services, which may include:

  • In-home blood draw 
  • Specimen handling, transportation, and shipping to the designated laboratory (such as Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or another specified lab) 
  • STAT or same-day appointment availability, when requested
     

Insurance information will be collected for laboratory processing and testing purposes only. All laboratory testing will be billed directly by the laboratory to your insurance provider.


 Coverage varies by plan. Any laboratory services not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient. Vital Labs does not bill insurance for mobile or concierge services. 


 Yes. STAT or same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling and location and may incur additional fees. 


 

  • For insurance-based laboratory orders, results will be available directly through the laboratory you selected (such as Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or another designated lab) via their patient portal or according to the lab’s standard reporting process.
     
  • For private-pay services, results are securely delivered through our partner laboratories and, when applicable, include clinical review and support from our partnered physicians.


Vital Labs is not a laboratory and does not control result turnaround times. Timing varies by the laboratory used, the tests ordered, and whether STAT processing was requested. Patients can view updates and results through the laboratory’s patient portal or as provided by our partner labs and physicians.
